Microgreens are edible greens and herbs, harvested at the beginning of the first true leaf stage. Packed with flavor and nutrition, they vary in size from approximately 1 to 3 inches in length. We grow all our microgreens in soil, as pictured below. We use a "bottom watering" method that helps ensure the healthiest, most nutritious plant possible.
